Dinner at Twain with Chef Michael Lunsford from Kinetic Ferment Co.

We are teaming up with Chef Michael Lunsford of Kinetic Ferment Co. for a four course dinner utilizing his products, knowledge and his creative out look on fermentation. Chef Michael will be with us to talk about the processes and and answer any questions. And to tap his finger tips together and exclaim,“ It’s Alive!”.

Tiniest Wine Harvest Festival in the World!

Join us this Wednesday for the Tiniest Wine Harvest Festival in the World! Enjoy the newly released wines from producers in Beaujolais, Sicily, and Chile to name a few! We’ll be enjoying the wine on our patio, with passed snacks and fireplaces, and giving tiniest prizes ever for the best hat + scarf + mittens combo. $25 dollars include a selection of a dozen wines, snacks and stationary fire.

Swedish Black Chicken Dinner with Faith’s Farm

On Thursday, October the 11th, we are joining with Faith’s Farm in Bonfield, Illinois to serve a very special four course meal featuring the rare Swedish Black Chicken. Included in the meal will be a Blackened Chicken Soup, Black Chicken Fricassee, Confit Black Chicken Macaroni & Green Bean Casserole, and Plum Cobbler.

Guest will arrive between 6:30 and 7 PM for Aperitifs and Hors d’Oeuvres. We will sit for Dinner at 7 PM. The price for the menu is $50 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. A beverage pairing of wine and cocktails will be available at an additional cost.
