We are teaming up with Chef Michael Lunsford of Kinetic Ferment Co. for a four course dinner utilizing his products, knowledge and his creative out look on fermentation. Chef Michael will be with us to talk about the processes and and answer any questions. And to tap his finger tips together and exclaim,“ It’s Alive!”.
